  • Processing Time: All our press-on nails are handmade with care. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status. Additionally, you can check your order status on Shopify at any time.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times may vary based on the destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Handmade with Love: At FelicityNailEdit, each set of press-on nails is handmade with precision and love. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged package. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
